Date: January 31 - February 1 2025
The event times are 3p-9p Friday (01/31) and 10a-4p Sat(2/1). Gates will be open to spectators relatively an hour before the event. Vendors are required to be set up and ready to go by the time the gates open.
Vendor Fee: $200 for 10x10 space. DUE BY 1/20/25
Fire Rules & Regulations: Any food cooking vendors using open flame need to be spaced at least 10 feet apart. 10 feet of absolute clear space. They should also have currently tagged fire extinguishers and if food trucks or trailers they need to have currently tagged hood suppression and hood cleaning, along with a current yellow state inspection sticker. If any of these are not followed, the fire department will shut down the vendor immediately.
Special Event Tax: All vendors are required a Special Event Tax document. Please email specialevent@utah.gov with the information below filled in. (just copy and paste and then answer the highlighted parts). If you have any questions, please call the Special Events office at 801-297-6303.
